Hello all,
Not really much to report. I am doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING as instructed, just curled up on the couch for most of the day, with the odd foray to the balcony for vitamin D and to the study to update you on the couch-sitting.
I'm still in a fair bit of pain, and movement is obviously still quite restricted. However, it's just a matter of time and healing now. Mama is looking after me extremely well - she's cooking all meals, made biscuits and date cake for any guests, cleaning, even did the hand washing that's been sitting in the sink for the past eight weeks!
I do have a new email address - jdisteldorf@gmail.com. The old hotmail account is so full of spam it's virtually unusable now. Drop me a line, I'm home all day! I'm also open to ideas for writing while I'm off work - loving the foood blog idea, Nette...

This is coming from Fabia who you met at the Lifeforce Retreat
So excited I have finally found a way to contact you because emails have been bouncing and , although I've been reading your blog,(some understandably very dark places there)I've only just figured out how to use this comment space. not very tech savvy.
You two darlings have been in my thoughts, prayers even,positive affirmations or whatever one calls them. I'm working with syncronicity - was doing some affirmations about you while at the beauty parlour having a leg wax AND my eye lit upon a pamphlet about Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection. I want it for myself( for minor ailments) Then I thought, there's a message here for Jess,so, rang the woman who does it,Anna. She sounds really genuine. It's in Sydney (not even the Phillipines). She said she can't control what the process or "IT" heals, for example she wanted to cure her mother's broken arm but instead the Mum's severe high blood pressure got healed, she says "It" has cured one of her patients with AIDS and she mentioned other life threatening illnesses AND you don't have to believe. You can be as cynical as you like. AND it only costs about $600 which is not a lot in today's world.AND the treatments have to be done within a short space of time. AND if accommodation is an issue in Sydney I will ask my friends or Life Force to help or put you up myself (not much privacy but most welcome ANd I've got a couch!). I don't get kickbacks or anything like that from this.It's intuition at work I feel.
Jess, I know you don't want people telling you what to do and I don't want to give hope where it may be false hope . I am so, so reticent to interfere with your journey, your process but here I go and I AM ...interfering.Somehow I feel guided on this. Anyway here is the website and phone number.
